Victorian Toys at Ranfurly House

Primary 2&3 visited Ranfurly House in Dungannon to explore Victorian toys as part of their theme in The World Around us.

The boys and girls played with toys that were more than 100 years old, they discussed the materials they were made out of and compared them to the toys they play with today.

What a great active way to learn!

Primary 2&3 learned so much from this trip and it was an enjoyable day for all!

Miss Connolly, Mrs Lagan and Mrs Cush were so proud of all the children they used their listening ears so well and showed respect towards the old toys and the two ladies who where informing them.
