Saint Brigid's Crosses

Thank you to the volunteers from our local community who came to help us make Saint Brigid's Crosses. We hope the crosses will protect our homes from fire, theft, sickness and disease and bless all who enter and leave our homes. This is the prayer that is often recited as the cross is hung over the door:

"May the blessing of God and the Trinity be on this cross, and on the home where it hangs and on everyone who looks at it. "
