P2/3 Responding To Story And Rhyme

In Shared Reading, Primary Two carried out a range of activities focused on the action rhyme 'Five Little Ducks'. We thought it would be fun to perform it outside, as someone suggested ' that's where little ducks be'. We used our Personal Capabilities and Thinking Skills to spilt into groups, adopt roles and perform the rhyme as a whole class.

Primary Three explored the traditional tale of 'The Frog Prince'. They opted to dramatise it as a puppet show. They also selected to add percussion instruments, however they used them for the purpose of 'sound effects'.They selected their instruments carefully in order to enhance  a variety of actions, e.g. 'splash' of the golden ball and the 'weeping' of The Princess.
