P2/3 Birds Topic

P2/3 have enjoyed lots of activities and learning opportunities focused on 'Birds'.

Cross-curricular links to literacy have ensured a wide variety of factual reports on garden birds, 'Birds' class dictionary and a fiction wall story have all been creatively compiled.

P2/3 had fun getting sticky hands when we made fat balls for our playground birds. We also went on a playground 'Bird Watch' recording the different species we saw.
