Gymnastics Week 1 & 2

Foundation stage & Ks1 classes have been participated in gymnastic lessons with Mr. Karol Mc Quade, one of our fundamentals coaches.

The boys & girls have been developing their strength, balance, flexibility, co-ordination & listening skills through gymnastics.

Learning many new 'roll' techniques and ways of travelling across the hall using different body parts.

We look forward to developing more skills and to the next few weeks with Karol!
