FMS in R/P.1

Today we completed our unit on dribbling the ball in Fundamental Movement Skills.

We warmed up by balancing on different body parts, then we got to work, practicing our skills in kicking the ball with the inside of our foot, stopping the ball with our foot and passing the ball to our friends.

The P1’s even helped the Reception with their footwork by showing them which part of their foot was the inside.
