Easter Maths Challenge

The Children in KS1/ KS2 had a great morning taking part in the maths Easter egg hunt.  The KS2 children mentored a partner from KS1 using their questioning skills to help them use strategies required to find the answers to the challenge cards.  The KS1 children had the opportunity to share their thinking and the strategies they knew to help them calculate the answers while being supported and prompted by their partners.  All groups performed fantastically with an easter egg the prize for all those with completed sheets.  A great morning was had by all.  Well done to all the pairs for the great work carried out.
