Calculating Capacity

This week the P2's have been learning to compare and measure capacity using non-standard units. They measured how many cups it took to fill certain objects such as bottles, jugs, kettles and saucepans. They then used spoons to measure how many spoonful's of water it took to fill bowls, egg cups and bun cases. They then compared their measurements. This was a fun and practical way of learning capacity.
