Active Mindfulness 😎

Primary 7 have been enjoying taking part in the Active Mindfulness workshop delivered by Stephen from AB Coaching. This workshop is designed to help promote positive & physical mental health in young people. 

Primary 7 have discovered new techniques of releasing their anger, they also made 'Worry Warriors'. These can be called Worry dolls which are hand-made dolls that originate from Guatemala. According to legend, Guatemalan children tell their worries to the Worry Dolls, placing them under their pillow when they go to bed at night. By morning the dolls have gifted them with the wisdom and knowledge to eliminate their worries.
